January 9, 2008 - All Lineage servers will be going offline at 1PM CST (7PM GMT) Wednesday, January 9, for maintenance. The Holiday Event is coming to a close: Orc Santas have left the city squares and the event items (Santa Belt, Reindeer Collar, Snowman Ring, Holiday Pie, and Holiday Stocking) have been removed. These changes will be applied to the PTS at 11AM CST (5PM GMT) on Wednesday as well.
December 10, 2007 - Fracas and the Lineage team want to wish everyone throughout Aden a happy holidays. To this end we're bringing back the Lineage Winter Holiday Event, starting on December 19 at 1:00PM CST with a server maintenance reset. This event will also go up for testing on the PTS December 12 at 2:00PM CST. Speaking of the PTS, be forewarned, we'll be wiping the PTS database before we go live with the event build....
November 20, 2007 - All Lineage servers will be going offline at 1PM CST (7PM GMT) Wednesday, November 21, for maintenance. Several changes will be made, and will be applied to the PTS at 2PM CST (8PM GMT) Tuesday, November 20....
November 13, 2007 - All Lineage servers will be going offline at 1PM CST (6PM GMT) Wednesday, November 14, for maintenance. We will apply a small patch for a couple of changes: the Fiery Embryo will now spawn regularly, and we will remove all in-game messageboards from the game worlds. The changes will be applied to the PTS at 2PM CST (7PM GMT) Tuesday, November 13....
November 6, 2007 - All Lineage servers will be undergoing maintenance on Wednesday, November 7 at 1PM CST (7PM GMT). We'll be closing the Halloween Treat Event, which means that all Treaters and Traders will be removed, as well as Shopping Lists from all player inventories. This change will also be occurring on the PTS at 2PM CST (8PM GMT) today (November 6)....
October 31, 2007 - We're taking down all the Lineage servers at 1PM CDT today for a maintenance update, which will feature the rain-shortened Halloween Event and one small non-event change. The event will last until 1PM CDT on Wednesday, November 7....
October 18, 2007 - Men and Elves alike mostly scoffed at Gran Kain's previous attempt to spread havoc and destruction throughout Aden on All Hallow's Eve. Since that horrible night some two years ago, the mere mortals continued their ridicule of the deities by ruthlessly slaughtering their minions, engaging in useless magic tricks, disguising themselves in costumed parodies and brutalizing candy-filled effigies of the Gods with clubs and pointed sticks. Unable to absorb the mockery for yet another year, letters spread by the followers of Gran Kain have appeared throughout Aden, promising chaos and destruction come Halloween. The Wizards of the Ivory Tower are devising a way to undo Gran Kain's wrath, but it may take some time before they are ready. The time of chaos is approaching yet again......

September 4, 2007 - Due to the Labor Day holiday, we're extending the Double XP Event by one day. The Event will now end on Thursday, September 6 at 1PM CDT (and the Halloween candy will be going with it)....
August 29, 2007 - We'll be taking down the servers at 1PM CDT today for the Double XP Event, which will start at 2PM CDT and last through September 5 (at 1PM CDT). Also note that we'll be removing all of the Halloween candy when the Double XP Event ends, so use it before you lose it!...
